Here’s The Entire Step-By-Step Process
Questionnaire:
We’ve found that the easiest way to begin is to gather as much basic information as possible about your business and your website goals.
Don’t worry. We know your time is valuable, so we’ve created a simple 10-question form that you should be able to fill out in a few minutes. This will give us much of the information needed to give you a cost and time estimate. You can find the questionnaire here: GET A QUOTE.
Consultation:
We’ll review your completed questionnaire and then arrange for a brief phone conversation to discuss your project. Our goal in this conversation is to get clarification on your general goals and website needs. This would also be an excellent time for you to ask any questions you may have.
Project Quote and Approval
Following our conversation, you will receive an email estimate of the project cost. Our email will go into detail as to the plan-of-action and a general timetable for completion. Remember, our goal is to keep your costs down while giving you everything you really need to accomplish your goals.
Deposit
Once approved, you will receive an invoice for a deposit. We require 50% of the total project cost prior to actual site development. The final bill is sent after project completion.
Site Development:
This is the fun part of the process. We’ll gather up all of your current materials like copy and graphics. We’ll decide on the template, color scheme, site navigation and layout. In addition, we’ll spend some time on Search Engine and database optimization as well as site security. It’s all included in the initial design and development of your site. Each web site develops at its own pace, but the more information wehave from you, the quicker the site is up and running. Often, sites are up and running in a week!
